a = l * w \\ a = (10y + 4w)(10y - 4w) \\ a = 10y(10y - 4w) + 4w(10y - 4w) \\ a = 100 {y}^(2) - 40wy + 40wy - 16 {w}^(2) \\ a = 100 {y}^(2) - 16 {w}^(2)
