The wavelength of a specific photon in the infrared spectrum is 4 × 10-6 meters. Given that the speed of light is 2.998 × 108 m/s, what would be the frequency of this infrared wave?

velocity = frequency x wavelength
2.998E8 = f x 4E-6

(2.998E8)/(4E-6) = 7.495E13 unit of frequency is Hz
