A person can get his name put on the primary ballot of his party by following a number of steps. First of all, the candidate has to declare his candidature; that action constitutes the forst step. The second step consists of payment and the major step is lobbying. If a candidate has a suitable type of lobbying, he or she has further chance of winning.
