Without more info there's nothing you can do with F(x-7)+3. F(x) represents a function; can you supply that function?

If you provide F(x) and its graph, then F(x-7) + 3 has a graph which is the same
as that of F(x), BUT has been translated 7 units to the right and 3 units up.

Please share F(x).
