was when it was really important to use electricity was very important. In this time, it was in the second industrial revolution.In this time, the second industrial revolution, it was very intense, very poor and crazy. People had very little money and clothes and they stink (sadly) and there life was just very bad. So during this time, they really needed electricity was very important to help with anything.
