A- NO. Here, you practically know everything because the narrator tells you all the details so no suspense here.
B-NO. Here, this might make the story more interesting and give you more a sense of anticipation, but it doesn't exactly make you feel like somethings going to happen that you don't know about.
C-NO. The question says "creates suspense in the READER. but here, the reader already knows everything.
Therefore, the last one would be your best option.
