I have insomnia, and i kept having trouble going to sleep, what should i do?

I would try melatonin or Tylenol PM if you're able to sleep some of the time and only have to use it occasionally. If it's repeatedly a problem I'd go see a doctor because he could prescribe sleeping pills. There also may be a bigger underlying issue.
