3/5 and 6/10 are a true proportion.  Just simplify the fractions and see which ones have been factored down enough to be the same.

A true proportion is an equation that states that two ratios are equal.

1) The given ratios in their lowest form are:

(1)/(2) and (6)/(10) =(3)/(5)

The two ratios are not equal.

2) The given ratios in their lowest form are :

(6)/(8) =(3)/(4) and (5)/(20) =(1)/(4)

The two ratios are not equal.

3) The given ratios in their lowest form are :

(3)/(5) and (6)/(10) =(3)/(5)

The two ratios are equal and hence it is True proportion

4) The given ratios in their lowest form are :

(3)/(9) =(1)/(3) and (7)/(80)

The two ratios are not the same .

The third option the ratios
(3)/(5) and (6)/(10) are in true proportion.
