You are correct about the y-intercept. In case you are unsure about the slope, you can check using y1 - y2 / x1 - x2:
(0, -1) and (1, 2)
-1 - 2 / 0 - 1
-3 / -1
3
The slope is 3; you chose the correct answer, great job.
