The answer is
verbigeration.
Verbigeration is a speech pattern that involves the excessive use and repetitions of a single phrase or a sentence. They are often meaningless and are repeated with high frequency. This is known to happen to patients who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia. This often happens in a response to some kind of a stimulus, but not only because of it. Verbigeration can sometimes occur even when patient was not exposed to the stimulus.
