Research suggests that high dietary intake of omega-3 fatty acids by pregnant women may be related to higher iq levels among children. DHA, otherwise known as docosahexaenoic acid is found in omega-3 fatty acids and it helps with the development and function of a baby's brain. It improves learning ability and it can be found in foods such as breast milk, eggs or fatty fish.
