136 because 34 times 4 this is also considered a ratio

15*4=60. we need to know this because we need to know by the hour not by the minute. so 34*4=136. they travel 136 miles per hour. in fraction form this is 136 miles/hour (this is also called a ratio). for 14 hours is a red herring (unneeded) unless you need to refer to this for many problems
