As in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the majority of deaths would happen soon after the detonation, and the local health care response capability would be largely eradicated

Not only do not many medical personals have the experience to help if something like this was to occur, but imagine the town nearest to you how would it look? how many peoples life would be gone and taken?
