Age of enlightenment despotism

1. What was Russia like at the end of the 17th Century?
2. Why was Joseph II of Austria considered an “enlightened despot”?
3. What territorial expansion of the Ottoman Empire was lead by Sultan Mehmed II in 1453?

Well Hi BTW Hope you had a god day but to start off
The Russian's were a empire Back in the 17th Century Also, Followed the end Of the great Northern war, But they were also the 3rd Largest Empire And Also the house Of Romanov Rules Russia at that time too, And they were extended To the Arctic Ocean, And the Black sea But Russia Functioned As an Absolute Monarchy Until the revolution of 1905 And became a De Jure Constitutional Monarchy And then Collapsed At the Revolution of 1917 With Massive Failures In the participation In the First World war.
2. When Maria Theresa Died in 1780 Joseph Became The Absolute Ruler Of the Habsburg Domains And enacted May reforms That even his own mother Refused to consider.During he reign,Joseph Put forth and average of 690 decrees a year Than, Joseph was considered the Enlightened despot And then his reforms were open minded to the point.
Hoped this helped for two of the parts The rest i forgot about So good luck try to look the rest up But good night Hope this helped again
