First of all, a Transfer RNA is an adaptor molecule made of RNA, which is typically made of around 76 to 90 nucleotides in length. It serves as a link between mRNA and Amino Acids. The tRNA is made in the Nucleus of a cell, while a similar acid called rRNA is made in the ribosome.
