79. Set up an equation to solve this problem. Suppose she needs at least a score of x points. Her current total scores is 89+65+68+88=310. Her total score will be 310+2x (since final exams counts as two tests). The average score is total points divided by number of tests, and it has be bigger or equal to 78, so (310+2x)/6>=78. We solve it and get x=79. She has to score at least 79 on her final exam in order to jhave an overall average of 78.
