A=l*w
A=20(8)
A=160cm²
P= 2l+2w
P=2(20)+2(18)
P=40+36
P=76
The area of the rectangle is 160cm² and the perimeter of the rectangle is 76 centimeters.

Area= 20 x 18 = 360
Perimeter = 20+20+18+18= 76
