You see, people want to get into to college, but those who can't afford can't go, even with loans. And when they can't go to college or a trade school, (you need a degree to get a good job), they go to get a job somewhere that pays minimum wage. And minimum wage DOES NOT pay enough to live. So it continues the cycle of poverty.
