y-intercept: (0, 5)

The vertex is the curvy point on the graph. That curvy point’s on (-1,1), so that’s the vertex.

The axis of symmetry is the line that cuts the graph in half. As you can see, that line is x = -1, a vertical line that has all x values at -1.

The y-intercept is where the graph crosses the y-axis, which is at (0,5).
