The 2 marked angles add up to 180 if m and n are parallel.
I cant solve for x because the image is very unclear.

6x +5 and 5x - 12
so
6x + 5 + 5x - 12 = 180
11x - 7 = 180
11x = 187
x = 187/11
x = 17
answer
x = 17
