Well since it was 0,0 and now its 4,12... It cant be D. It can't be C either because from 0,0 any lower would be -1,-1.
I'd say B since if they were A it'd probably be 4,4 then 12,12

But you can graph it out,
Put a point on 4,12 and draw a line through to 0,0.
