The answer would be ≈1948.73 in. The formula to solve would be:
A = 6 a h + 3 √3 a²
I hope this helps love! :)

Answer: 1947 square inches.

Explanation:

We know that the area of a regular polygon is given by :-

A=(1)/(2)*\text{Perimeter}*\text{Apothem}

The perimeter of the hexagon =
6*11=66

Apothem = 9.5 in.

The area of the top or bottom of the prism is given by :-

A=(1)/(2)*(66)*9.5=313.5\text{ in.}

Area of the 6 faces around the prism having each of width 11 in. , and length of 20 in.=
6*20*11=1320\text{ in.}

Now, the total surface area of the given prism :-

\text{Area of top face + Area of the bottom face +Area of all 6 faces around the prism }\\\\=313.5+313.5+1320=1947\text{ in.}^2

Hence, the surface area of the given prism = 1947 square inches.
