The vertices of a rectangle are R(–5, –5), S(–1, –5), T(–1, 1), and U(–5, 1). A translation maps R to the point (–3, -2). Find the translation rule and the image of U

Based on the information we have, the translation rule appears to be:
"3 up, 2 to the right", or "up 3, over 2"
This can also be written as (x,y) --> (x+2, y+3)

Applying this rule to the image of U:
(-5,1) --> (-5+2,1+3) = (-3, 4)
