Myofibrils are muscles that composed of filaments that are organized into thin and thick myofilaments. They are constructed from proteins, which include actin, myosin, and titin. Moreover, these long proteins of myofilaments create different muscles, such as striated muscles that has transverse bands of filaments, which can be seen in cardiac and skeletal muscles while the smooth muscle has irregular arrangements of filaments.
