ARE CLEAR AND IMPORTANT TO YOU. Goals which are specific and realistic are goals that are the most easily achieved, and are goals which will have long-lasting effects. For instance, a reasonable goal might be walking for thirty minutes at least three days a week. The person setting the goal can measure his or her success at meeting such a goal. Vague goals such as "to get healthy," cannot be measured.
