Domain is the range of input values (x-values) and range is well, the range of ouput(y values) for values in the domain

Here we have domain as -−4≤ x ≤2. So x can range from -2 to 4 inclusive

The range is 0 ≤y ≤ 4 which means that permissible outputs must be between 0 and 4 inclusive

This means that when x = -4, y = 0 giving one point (-4, 0)

When x = 2, y = 4 giving another point (2, 4)

Graph a line through these two points

The equation of the line is

y = (2/3)x + 8/3 ( I did not provide explanation since this was not required)

Move point (3, 0) to (2, 4) and move (0,0) to the point where the line cuts the y axis
