The point-slope form of a line:

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

We have the slope m = -4 and the point (8, -7). Substitute:

y-(-7)=-4(x-8) use distributive property

y+7=-4x+32 subtract 7 from both sides

y=-4x+25 add 4x to both sides

\boxed{4x+y=25}
