Explanation:

Find the LCM of the 30 & 18.

30: 2x3x5

18: 2x3x3

LCM: 2x3x3x5 = 90

Add the amount to the 10:00

90 minutes = 1hr 30mins

10:00 + 01:30 = 11:30 am
