The answer to question 17 is number 4, “they were bound forever to one another by the agreement they signed”. The Articles of Confederation appeal to a perpetual union between the signatory states.
The answer to question 18 is number 3; “to revise the articles of Confederation”. By 1787 it was necessary to amend the articles of Confederarion because they thought that they were not good enough constitution for the new nation.
The answer to question 19 is number 2. Georgia’s representatives to the constitutional conventions were four: William Few, Abraham Baldwin, William Pierce, and William Houstoun. But, the two who signed the final document were Abraham Baldwin and William Few.
