The I message. Saying I feel sad when you run into me and don’t say anything, instead of saying I am so mad at you right now, you going to pay for what you did, or whatever you saw when you’re mad in the moment at that person. Placing blame on someone is when you say pointing at the person you did this to me on purpose and it’s your fault and you are going to get me in trouble. This is a very aggressive tone but the I message is a passive way of explaining yourself to the other person/people how you feel
