Apple's organizational culture consists of the following features:

  1. Creative and capacity for Innovation: AppleĀ“s business strategy is focused on the ability to launch products with a high level of differentiation, smooth designs, and easiness of use (functionality).
  2. Working under pressure: This is a must-have skill for all employees. A person must be able to comply with tight, and ever-changing deadlines.
  3. High level of secrecy: This is a key feature within the organizational culture of the company. Apple's employees really have no idea of how the final product will look like until the launch date.
  4. Diversity and Inclusion: Apples believes that diversity contributes to the better generation of ideas in the design of new products and overall processes of the company.

These principles have guided Apple through a period in which the company has seen a massive growth. Even though competition from its Asian counterparts is growing stronger throughout the last years, Apple has been able to get the competitive edge an will probably do so for the years to come. The company has managed to launch products that have disrupted the industry and its competitors have developed a "me too" strategy, launching similar products.
