as we have to find the mass of the box then the formula for the mass will become

m=P.E/g(h) Equation(2)

as we know

P.E= 120J

h=4m

g=9.8m/s

g is the gravitational acceleration

putting values in the equation(2)

m = 120/9.8(4)

= 120/39.2

= 3.06 kg

mass of the box is 3.06 kg
