20 games

Explanation:

  • 60% is the same as
    (3)/(5).
  1. Divide 12 games by 3 to get one fifth of the total games instead of three fifths of the total games. One fifth of the total games is four games.
  2. Now multiply the 4 games by 5 to get five fifths of the total games, or all of them.
