Answer: The answer C i.e. no solution is the right answer

Step-by-step explanation:

Given system of equations:

2x-6y=12 ............[1]

-x+3y=-2 ...............[2]

When we multiply the second equation by 2

we get

-2x+6y=-4

Multiplying both sides by -1

2x-6y=4 ..........[3]

On comparing [1] and [3]

we see that their coefficients of variables are same but the value

on the other side is different

which is not possible for a equation

Hence the system has no solution
