The answer is D, "facts about one person, events that shaped his/her life, interesting anecdotes, contributions he/she made".

C. is the closest answer to D. , though I do not think it's correct.

A. and B., would be more useful for a fictional story. Remember, biographies are real life stories from real people. It wouldn't be in third-person because they're telling their life story, not anybody else's. First person is better suited for a biography.
