The question is faulty. It works once it gets to + 1, +2, +3

The other x values should be 0 and - 1 instead of -1 and -3.

Here's the formula I get.

f(x) = 2*3^(2x + 1)

f(0) = 2*3^(1)

f(0)= 6

f(-1) = 2*3^(-2 + 1)

f(-1) = 2*3^(-1)

f(-1) = 2/3

f(-2) = 2*3^(-2*2 + 1)

f(-2) = 2*3^(-4 +1)

f(-2) = 2*3^(-3)

f(-2) = 2/27
