Answer:

y = -4x + 1

Explanation:

y = -4x -2 using points (4, -15)

Using y = Mx + B formula sub the x,y points in it

-15 =-4(4) + B

-15 = -16 + B then add 16 to both sides to get B alone

-15 +16 = -16+16 + B

1 = B therefore plug B back into original problem without the x,y points therefore y = -4x + 1
