Question

Find the measures of x and v in the triangle.

It is an equilateral triangle, 3 equal sides and 3 equal angles (60°)

find x

the big triangles' angle is 60°, take away 32° and you will have the answer.

60 - 32 = 28°

-------------------

find v

the little triangle is an isosceles triangle, 2 equal sides and 2 equal angles.

the sum of the interior angles is 180° (for all triangles)

180 - 32 - 32 = 116°

Answer

x = 28°

v = 116°
