Answer: No, students should not have phones with them during school.

Explanation: Phones or any other electronic gadget is a form of distraction for students. But, in the present conditions admist online classes and distance learning it cannot be a avoidable object. Phones can be used but not as a form of distraction.

Yes because it is no different from my laptop or desktop. So long as they don’t mess around on it it provides just as much information as any other device.
