Answer: 3x = 21-7y

Explanation:

from formula,
(x-x0)/(y-y0) = (x0-x1)/(y0-y1)

consider,
x0 = 0
y0 = 3
x1 = 7
y1 = 0

after putting,
we get
(x-0)/(y-3) = (0-7)/(3-0)
=> 3x = 21 - 7y
