Kelly found the interquartile range for the data: 7, 11, 12, 16, 18, 22, 24, 30. She found the median is 17, the lower quartile is 11, the upper quartile is 24, and the interquartile range is 13. Is her calculation of the interquartile range correct? Explain your answer.

Kelly found the incorrect quartiles. She should have included 16 in the bottom half of the data and 18 in the top half of the data. If she had, she would have found the interquartile range to be 11.5.
