So they begun to start having problems with things such as law and property and authority. The church created a court for priests so they could be tried as priests and not as people. Then the bishop began to claim land and fought with the king for sometime about the ownership of land. Europe began to be governed by the Church rather than their king. Lastly they started having issues with things like the authority of the church over people rather than the king over people.
