0=x^2+29x+100

x= (-b +sqrt(b^2-4ac))/2a x=(-b -sqrt(b^2-4ac))/2a

x=(-(29)+sqrt((29)^2-4(1)(100)))/2(1) x=(-(29)+sqrt((29)^2+4(1)(100)))/2(1)

x=(-29+sqrt441)/2 x=(-29-sqrt441)/2

x=(-29+21)/2 x=(-29-21)/2

x=-8/2 x=-50/2

x= -4 x= -25
