The point-slope form:


y-y_1=m(x-x_1)\\\\m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Let's take two point of the graph (look at the picture)

(2, -2) and (0, 1).

Substitute:


m=(1-(-2))/(0-2)=(3)/(-2)=-(3)/(2)\\\\y-(-2)=-(3)/(2)(x-2)\\\\\boxed{y+2=-(3)/(2)(x-2)}
