Probability of an event is the number of favorable outcomes divided by the total number of possible outcomes .The sum of probability always equals 1.

It is given A and B are the only outcomes. So the sum of probability of A and B will be 1.

Given P (A)=0.73

We need to find P(B)

P(A)+P(B)=1.

P(B)=1-P(A)

P(B)=1-0.73.

P(B)=0.27.
