It is extremely easy. In this question we have to just substitute the variable values into the original expression. Here, a = 5, b = 4 and c = 6.

Substitute them to the original expression and obtain the value, like this:

\mathbf{(4a)/(2b - c)}

\mathbf{(4 * 5)/((2 * 4) - 6)}

\mathbf{(20)/((2 * 4) - 6)}

\mathbf{(20)/(8 - 6)}

\mathbf{(20)/(2)}

\boxed{\mathbf{\underline{\therefore \quad Final \: \: Answer \: \: is: \: D) \: 10}}}

Hope it helps.
