m(slope) = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)

m = (15 - 7)/(6 -2)

m = 8/4

Now that we have this, we can use the slope and either point in slope-intercept form to get the equation.

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - 7 = 2(x - 2)

y - 7 = 2x - 4

y = 2x + 3
