I'm assuming by overlined you meant repeating as when there is a repeating number in a decimal, it has a line over it to represent such.

In the quotient of 4 divided by 7, there are zero numbers overlined. This is because the answer is .5714285714, no numbers are consecutively repeating for a long or the rest of the number.
