Standard form
It is used to find vertical lines of a graph. Slope intercept form is

y = mx + b
and point slope form is

y - y _(1) = m(x - x_(1))

x = 75 is a special case of the equation of a straight line

the equation x = c , is a vertical line parallel to the y- axis and passing through all points in the plane with an x- coordinate equal to c

It is not usually described using any of the usual descriptions, namely

slope-intercept, point-slope or standard form
