Now we factor the denominator

`x^2+x-20` =(x+5)(x-4)

`2x^2+9x+4` =(2x+1)(x-4)

Now we simplify it

`((2x+1)(x-3))/((x+5)(x-4)) * ((x+5)(x+3))/((2x+1)(x-4))`

Now cancel out same factors. so we left with

`((x+3)(x-3))/((x+4)(x-4)) }`

Now multiply the factors

`(x^2-9)/(x^2-16) }`
